Businessman corrupted other people
Another detention related to PIT- Radwar company. Findings of the CBA in Gdańsk - entrepreneur was giving bribes for purchases on behalf of PIT-Radwar S.A.
The CBA informs that one can use the unpunishability clause.
The CBA officers from the Regional Office of the CBA in Gdańsk detained another person on corruption investigation in Pit-Radwar S.A. The detained businessman, in return for orders made by the company, made promises and gave bribes to the person responsible for the purchases on behalf of PIT-Radwar S.A.
The criminal mechanism consisted in the fact, that the entrepreneur inflated the value of the goods delivered to Pit-Radwar by up to 5% "commission", which after deposit of the money for the invoices he would transfer as financial benefit to the company's employee.
The Gdańsk Regional Prosecutor's Office presented the man with corruption charges. In this case, already two people from Pit Radar faced charges and at the request of the prosecutor's office they were put into custody.
The CBA's information: people who were giving financial benefits can use the so-called. unpunishability clause, if they will notify about it authority established for the prosecution of crimes, and if they will reveal all the circumstances of the case.
