Former head of the KNF (2011-2016) and 6 former officials of the commission detained regarding the supervision over SKOK Wołomin
The CBA agents from Szczecin, ordered by the Szczecin prosecutor's office, detained 7 people - former high-ranking officials of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the former chairman of the KNF (2011-2016). The investigation concerns the supervision over SKOK Wołomin in 2012-2014. Detentions in Warsaw and in suburban towns.
Searches in apartments are underway. Today the KNF officials detained by the CBA will be transferred to the prosecutor's office, where they will be charged.
