Four persons detained – this is the effect of joint activities of the CBA in Wrocław and Szczecin
Agents of the Regional Office of the CBA in Szczecin have detained 4 persons in connection with invoking influences in prosecutor’s office and granting material benefit to a prosecutor in the total amount not larger than 10 thousand zlotys. Before, the investigation was conducted by Regional Office of the CBA in Wrocław.
The detainees will be charged with giving material benefit to public official and invoking influences in public institutions.
As it results from the materials collected in the investigation, the money was transferred in exchange for conducting criminal proceedings in a manner consistent with the expectations of persons providing benefits. The events investigated took place in 2009-2010.
The detainees will be transferred to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin where they will be charged.
