Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship with allegations

The Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship heard in the Prosecutor’s Office six charges of attesting untruth in asset declarations. The investigation was initiated after the control of asset declarations conducted by the CBA agents.

The officers of the Regional Office of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in Gdańsk conducted from 16.05.2017 to 15.02.2018 a control regarding the correctness and veracity of asset declarations submitted in the years 2013-2017 by the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. In connection with the results of the control, the Bureau sent a notification to the prosecutor's office about the suspicion of committing an offense of attesting untruth in submitted asset declaration.

Today, in the District Prosecutor's Office in Gdańsk, the Marshal heard charges.

As a result of the activities carried out as part of this investigation, the Marshal heard six charges related to the submission of false asset declarations for the years 2013-2016. The Marshal did not disclose, among others, owned cash, land property or sitting on the supervisory board of a foundation conducting business activity.
