Special action of Polish law enforcement services

The officers of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau joined a special action of Polish law enforcement services and took part in blood donation within the celebration of the 101st anniversary of regaining independence by the Republic of Poland.

The officers and civil servants of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Police Central Investigation Bureau (CBŚP) and State Protection Service (SOP) organised blood donation which representatives of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, National Police Headquarters, Border Guard and State Fire Service joined. Blood donation was held as a part of the celebration of the 101st anniversary of regaining independence by the Republic of Poland. Mobile blood donation point from Regional Centre of Blood Donation and Blood Therapy was parked at the headquarters of the CBŚP and the SOP. Thanks to joint action of the services, 22,5 litres of blood has been collected.

One of the officers of the CBA from Warsaw recently received the “Distinguished Honorary Blood Donor” medal. He is a blood donor for a couple of years. The title of the “Distinguished Honorary Blood Donor” and the “Distinguished Honorary Blood Donor” medal is awarded by the Polish Red Cross.

We would like to remind that blood is the most precious gift we can give to other people. We would encourage everyone to donate blood to help those in need and thank everyone who participated in the yesterday’s action.
