After the control of Polkar company
The Control Proceedings Division of the CBA Regional Office in Białystok from 26 March to 18 December 2019 had been conducting control proceedings "Control of the procedures for making and implementing decisions set out in law regarding the implementation by POLKAR WARMIA Sp. z o.o. of selected EU projects in years 2015-2018".
On 18 December 18 2019 the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Białystok delivered a control report to the auditee.
Follow-up activities are underway. The controlled entity may exercise its right under the provisions of the Act on the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, i.e. the right to submit, prior to signing the control report, reasoned reservations regarding the findings contained in the report.
