Inspection of the tunnel construction under the Martwa Wisła (Dead Vistula) river completed
On 10 September 2020, the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Gdańsk completed the inspection procedure at the Municipal Office in Gdańsk. The inspection, which was carried out since 10 December 2019, concerned the execution of a public contract for construction works within the framework of the project: "Construction of a road link between Gdańsk Airport and the Port of Gdańsk – Trasa Słowackiego (Słowacki Route). Task IV. Marynarka Polska (Polish Navy) Interchange - Ku Ujściu (Towards the River Mouth) Interchange Section".
The inspection findings indicate illegitimate conclusion of annexes, which resulted in the avoidance to pay a contractual penalty of PLN 88,076,318.74 by the Contractor, for the delay of 484 days in the execution of the subject of the contract.
