The CBA has dismantled the group which caused damage to a WSE-listed company in the amount of PLN 90 million - further activities
Under international legal aid, the Italian Carabinieri, assisted by the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Wrocław, have searched the property belonging to Roman G., located in Italy.
The activities, during which documents and electronic equipment were secured, were carried out by order of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Poznań, in connection with the investigation into the undertakings to the detriment of the WSE-listed company.
Last week, the CBA officers detained 12 persons involved in the case.
The proceedings are developing, and evidence is constantly being collected and analysed in the case.
